Change Customer Rating (CLOSED) (CLOSED)

I sent a poor customer rating on the "Sorella" model by USB. I discovered afterwards that the problem was on my side and not his product. I would like to change the customer rating but I don't know how. 

I think it's best to send a message to support, but the update won't be done until Monday (the office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
