Sorry to hear that's giving you trouble. I just checked the server and didn't see any issues.
I also did some test downloads of the product you just purchased and much larger product packages. They all downloaded in seconds for me.
If you're still having trouble, please send a message to Support so we can help get this sorted out for you.

Wed, Mar 05Thanks for checking that. I will test my end today and let you know if it's still slow.
I'm having the same problems again. To be fair I was on a hopeless conneciton prior to switching and then been forced to switch back again, but I get up to 19.7Mb/s on Daz whereas I only get around 1Mb/s max on here which causes it to fail. I've noticed that download fails are always downloads where for reasons unknown to me, FIrefox cannot determine the size of the download, so it tries to download the file blindly anyway.
RenderHub put a lot of effort into fixing it for me but in the end couldn't do so because my download speed was so slow at the time. I do think it's an issue with RenderHub though, because whenever I have a failed download I can normally click 'Retry' in Firefox, and it continues from where it left off until it's completed. That won't work on RenderHub though, so I'm convinced there's something on RenderHub's servers that is preventing Firefox from determining the size of the file before it downloads it, that is causing the problem.
It's a mystery, but since we're both based in the UK it has me wondering if there's a fault somewhere between us and RenderHub's servers. What I do know is that it's not my connection no matter how bad it is, because my connection reaches nearly 20 times that amount when using DIM. I was down to just Kb/s last month, and that was indeed due to my connection, but that's not the case now, even though I had to switch back and wish I had a faster connection.
I'm on mobile broadband so I can't (and don't) expect fibre-optical speeds, but there's definitely something not right regards the download fails and FIrefox being unable to determine the size of the file before downloading it.

Downloads are awful from this site. Anything over about 20mb tends to fail.

Wed, Aug 13Hmm... I've never had any problems so far, even with larger downloads of 300 MB+
I'm only getting ~200kbs, which is truly abysmal. Sometimes (very rarely!) speed increases beyond 1mbit for a brief period of time, but sometimes it also dips below 100kbs. I don't have any issue with downloads aborting, but jeez, these speeds when frequently files can be hundreds of megabytes ... you guys should really address this.
