Hello! I paid for the model on March 8 and was unable to download it. On March 9, my account was closed by the administrator. I contacted support, but they have been silent for three days. I am now logged in under another account to write in the forum. I am not a scammer. I use a VPN. Maybe it is the reason. I paid for the purchase honestly. And after the payment was made, I was blocked. How can I get what I bought? I really need the model for work.

I wrote on Saturday late morning GMT+1 and support answered me Monday evening around 6pm New York time, that is to say just before the office closed. This probably explains the non-response to your message. Many of us write to support on Saturday and Sunday!
