Fri, Apr 04I created the uterus and outfit for a DeviantArt friend years ago. The outfit was a freebie on various platforms for years. Furthermore, there were various AI-created similar images on Pinterest showing robots with a fetus. I haven't seen your image. But even if it has the same content, as do many other images in this contest, the images look completely different.
