This Automatic Chicken Feeder is a gravity-fed design for automatic dispensing, aiming to provide a steady food supply for poultry without constant refilling.
Modeled in SolidWorks 2024 and rendered in KeyShot 2023.
FUNCTION
It is intended for use in small to medium-sized poultry farms or backyard setups to automate feeding, ensuring that chickens have constant access to food.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Print the three parts. Screw-threaded ends are provided on the three parts. Fill the Bottle with chicken feed and fit the Intermediate Part onto the Bottle. Finally, fit the Base Part and place the assembled Feeder in an accessible area for easy use. When 3D printing, ensure the feeder parts are printed with a durable material like ABS or PETG to withstand outdoor use.
SolidWorks Part file (sldprt) and 3d print files (obj, stl, 3mf, amf) of the models are included in addition to fbx, glb, igs, step, sat and parasolid file formats. A 3D pdf file of the model is added as well. All of the above rendered images are included in a zip file.
