What a tranquil scene! The only thing throwing me off is the board. It looks "flipped" with the fin on top?

Sat, Aug 08Damn. You're probably right. I didn't know, and none of the surfer pics I found were clear about which side of the board goes up. (Oddly, it's only now crossing my mind that I should've just skipped the images and topped "which side goes up" in the search box.)

Sat, Aug 08The fin helps with steering and stability kind of like the rudder on a boat. But I've come back to look at this image multiple times because I do like it that much! Something draws me back to it.
