A Midsummer Morning's Dream
3D Render by TalkingHand“And yet,to say the truth, reason and love keep little company together nowadays.― William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night’s Dream
“Are you sure That we are awake? It seems to me That yet we sleep, we dream― William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night’s Dream

So, DAZ for the characters and poses, Blender for most of the scene objects and background? In any case, this is fantastic. Makes me want to learn blender.

Mon, Aug 10Thanks! And yes, that’s basically how I created this work. I think it’s always best to use whatever you’re comfortable with and whatever fits your workflow best.

Wed, Aug 12Beautiful interpretation:)
Here we have Mars ( God of War ) kneeling in front of Venus ( Goddess of Love ).
So basically, even Mars forgets about war when she sees Venus:)

Wed, Aug 12Ha ha, oh my God! (I was born in March.)
Love is a good reason to go to war, and I understand that to enjoy it, we have to put war aside. These two activities are mutually exclusive!
Otherwise, it would be a total mess. And your composition work is Herculean—I hope you make it to the top of the contest.... You’re already at the top in my book! But I’m not on the judging panel XD
