Summer Vibe
3D Render by Manta3DI went heavy on the post-processing for the final output. (i hope thats okay). improve the lighting and add water textures/effects using photoshop.
I use Blender for the 3D. I used an asset for the char only, others are mine. I used HDRI for the lighting and background
