Itsuka #515 - Before the First Burst
3D Render by NemmeseaBefore the First Burst:
Render 1 — The Final Check
Render 2 — Ready
--------------------------
*Story
The hangar breathed with heat and drifting smoke. Blue light washed over the metal walls while crimson warning lamps flickered across the M61 Vulcan.
Itsuka rested one hand on the weapon as she made her final checks. She had imagined this moment for years: standing beside the Vulcan, feeling its weight and seeing its barrels catch the light. Now it was finally here—silent, immense, and every bit as formidable as she had hoped.
She took a steady breath and looked up. There was a world of noise waiting beyond the hangar doors, but for one brief moment, everything was still.
“Status?came a voice through her comm.
Itsuka tightened her grip. “Ready.
*Dedication
I’ve admired @Eripom’s work since my earliest days creating photos in Second Life. Their art inspired me enormously and helped me discover the direction I wanted to take with my own work.
I’d been waiting for so long to get my hands on the [SAC] M61 Mod.0 VULCAN—my absolute favorite—and finally create a picture with it. These two renders are my tribute to an artist who has inspired me for years, made with admiration, gratitude, and a little piece of a dream come true. <3
*Quote to accompany the pair:
“Every image has a story. This one carries a little of the inspiration that shaped mine.
