Hey guys! This is my 2nd entry for the Horrific Render Contest 5, featuring a brand-new scene inspired by the horror movie Evil Dead Rise.

Story:
It's late at night, and you're watching a movie in your apartment when a sudden knock echoes at your door. Thinking it might be a friend or neighbor pulling a prank, you check the peephole, but see no one. Driven by curiosity and courage, you crack the door open. Before you can unhook the chain lock, a woman possessed by a powerful demon appears—her mouth and hands dripping with fresh blood. Frozen in shock and absolute horror, you're left paralyzed, not knowing what to do next.

Creator's Note:
I’ve been learning and practicing Daz Studio for about 5 months now. I originally came to RenderHub just browsing for free assets, but as soon as I saw the contest section, I didn't hesitate to jump in! Winning would mean a lot—it would help me upgrade to a new laptop so I can load assets and render scene-heavy Iray viewports much faster. It took me two days to successfully render this scene on my old laptop due to constant memory errors. Even lowering the general render settings didn't work at first, but after dropping the character's View SubD Level, I finally got it to render completely error-free!
