The main 3D tool I used for this was DAZ Studio. I used Charlotte 8 for the figure in this piece with the Sweet Romance Babydoll Dress. Using 'Blood Splash for Genesis 8' I was able to easily add a nice blood effect to the girls face, but the dress was too clean. I used some of the textures from the Blood Splash for Genesis 8, and created a custom texture by adding some blood dropplets to both the dress. I took the two renders, one facing the camera and one facing away.

Using Fusion, I was able to comp together the two pictures using polymasks, then created a matte for the mirror girl to color correct her skin to a more ghostly hue. Finally was just some additional color correct, a bit of blue as a general tint, then finally a vignette just to sort the focus.
