A functional, clearly structured residential complex with green façade elements in Parla, just outside Madrid, served as the basis for a different kind of architectural visualization.

Instead of a planning visualization, gmsvision created a complete digital reconstruction of the already completed building, with the goal of showing how precisely modern 3D renderings can replicate real structures. The building was fully modelled in 3D for a direct comparison between reality and rendering, with the focus on realistic sunlight, precise shadow casting, accurate material reproduction and harmonious integration into the existing cityscape. The result is a digital replica that is barely distinguishable from the real architecture.

The images show the residential complex within its urban setting, a bright courtyard between the housing blocks with their green façades, and the modern buildings with clean lines and minimalist design.

Services: architectural visualization of an existing building, photorealistic 3D reconstruction, exterior visualizations.
