Here's a view I made, the scene had fully been done in DAZ ...
I realized the foreground buildings, the billboards for the trees, and textured after re-building the tower and the landscape dl from internet ... I stylized it as a painted picture ... for the purpose of being a Vintage style postal ...

It is a beautiful work of modeling and postwork.
For information the Seine flows near the Eiffel Tower, but on each side there are gardens, so a green color is more appropriate than blue.
But who said an image had to look like the real thing?
