I dont think im enjoying the apps used in most of the portrait art on renderhub. I'd like to see more 3d and less app. Good luck!!

Wed, Apr 16I'm not sure. I didnt say you did and I don't use them. I've just rendered for a long time and it seems off. You do you. If I had access to this model I would attempt to redo it and know for sure. But if I had to guess. That's not possible. For Photoshop or gimp doesn't provide such realism as people are lead on to beleive.

Wed, Apr 16If I had to guess. I'd say luminar, I think is called, or there are many similiar apps of course. There is a user on here that admitted to using it in his art, and his artwork in the face, is more like yours. Unlike people like crendor, myself and others . That I know for a fact down use these type of apps. They look more 3d and less like artificial. I'm just wondering and guessing really. But if I was forced to choose I say it's likely artifical is some shape way or form. It doesn't look true.

Wed, Apr 16well in this case i used photoshop and used the face of another model,... but just some elements, not the whole face.... eyes an mouth. btw i posted this one in 2022. there weren't that many AI apps available just like now. but yeah, this one is not a rendering only 
A composite. That's some nice blending to this amateur. I find it quite a challenge to pull off convinving expressions in 3D land(DAZ mostly for me), but it's worth the effort.
