"Most men face a terrible obstacle that prevents them from appropriating the toilet broom, a kind of 'glass floor'."
"I wanted to wink at the glass ceiling that women in the world of work are victims of. The 'glass floor' is the gap between the discourse of men - 'I, at home, I also take care of household chores' - and reality - which, the last time, took charge of such or such thing. It is the difference between the distribution that seems 'fair' compared to our parents or our friends and the strictly 'equal' distribution. The good intentions and the fine speeches are there but it seems that men do not see certain things. For my guy, it was the sock on the ground, when he could walk past it several times a day or step on it."
