The render is very noisy. Either you have aborted the rendering process too early or you should enable the denoiser next time.

You're right, the picture is noisy and it's deliberate! I wanted an effect close to a real photography taken with an ISO400 film (to manage the high contrasts on the picture, we need a high sensitivity).
Considering the IRay denoiser, I rarely use it because it removes details on the render. I prefer detailed renderings with imperfections than crystal clear renderings that lack some details.

Ok, beside the snow, everything is just perfect 
But then again, making a render in the winter time, what else should one use
