3D Render by olAnaPrincess Ariadne was in love with handsome young prince Theseus. She helps him slay Minotaur. Theseus returns and takes Ariadne away on his ship, planning to make her his queen. During the voyage, however, Ariadne was spotted by the god Dionysus. He falls in love with the princess and takes her as his own wife instead.
Theseus is devastated, his father King Aegeus kills himself from the palace walls. Theseus lost those he loved the most.
Ariadne is now forever in waiting to be together with her prince.
