Nice picture!
I like BW pictures too and the skin and the hairs are perfect. Just a small remark about the clothes which are a bit too flat for the BW aspect, especially the knitted part. The bump mapping (or normal mapping) should have been amplified to create the contrast which has been removed with the transformation in BW.
