So I watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. yesterday. It was one of the better Marvel movies I've seen in a while. But in watching it I really didn't care much for any of the guardians except for Rocket and his back story. Some weird reason I kiinda knew that they where going to make it.

But Rocket's back story is what pulled me in the most. Seeing batch 89's tragic tell was very emotional. James Gunn did a hell of job writing these scenes with them in it. He has either experienced "survivors guilt" himself or drew very heavily from people who did. Because that was exceptionally real, for a bunch of CGI characters. Out of all the possible "deaths" in this movie theirs hit the hardest.

What got me the most was their eternal hope of paradise for what they been through, and get to see the sky.

So Teef, Lylla, Floor I wish you could have seen the sky........
