Very romantic yet coy.
The pose is a little off the floor so it looks like she's lost her balance a bit. Very real but worrisome.
The clothing is very feminine but not raunchy like nearly ALL of the rest of these gallery shots are and her bust line shows some maturity rather than perky, 20 year olds like ALL of the rest of these gallery people use. Again, Very realistic and believable.
Your back ground is clean but somewhat sparse.
It looks like she either just moved in last week or she doesn't spend much time there.
The floor is cool. Still trying to figure that out. It looks like flat polished cobalt. Maybe a polished concrete stained cobalt?
I like the finish though. Semi gloss.
You've done a lot here that's contrary to what usually goes up and I applaud your work.
Suggestions:
Move the model out of the center of the pic. "Rule of thirds".
Put the right foot on the floor.
Maybe clutter up the apartment a bit more. Personal stuff not candy wrappers and empty beer cans or pizza boxes but nick knacks, flowers, clocks etc.. Maybe a pencil or pen on the shelf.
Put some grout lines in the floor. A tile affect. I like the semi gloss appearance though. That's different and softer. Don't lose that.

BTW...Who ever did the blouse should add a hem line on the top of it but the over all outfit is great..
