Love to make her laugh
3D Render by LambdaXI like pose controls of Genesis 9.
I didn't sculpt any smile wrinkles at all.
Just moved the dials of face part to right or left.
And look at the result.
She smiles. Almost natural smile.
If it's added some smile lines and details with sculpting tool
you won't need Face App any more.
And she'll have her own smile.

With some of the older characters and ageing morphs you get laugh lines, which you could dial in at a low level to add to the effect. The smile you achieved is lovely.
