Thu, Oct 12, 2023It's one of the neat things about human characters - because they're no-fantasy you can do all sorts of things with them that you can't with specific fantasy characters. A lot of fantasy characters are more or less stuck in that one realm or setting. It's still cool to work in that setting and with those characters and all that, but the freedom is also nice to have sometimes.
The "Oh, she can do that?" or "Hey, he actually pulls this off!" moment is a great moment each time it happens.
And yeah, she does look rather relaxed and at ease in that picture. The more I look at it the more I notice it.

Fri, Oct 13, 2023I am so glad it pays off. We both love RawArts fantasy models and were inspired by them, but as you say, there is limitations. A Minotaur is a Minotaur and we wanted our models to be accessible beyond that use. As we learn more about sculpting and morph creation it gets easier.
