My first run through the game I didn't look up spoilers, I just went with my gut and my Tav Tiefling I named Arklynn blew through the game breaking Shadowheart, Karlach and Astarion's hearts in that order before I ended up romancing Lae'zel through to the end.

Here, Arklynn has convince Lae'zel into a little bonding ceremony, inviting Shadowheart, Karlach and Astarion to attend, only Astarion maybe ran his mouth a little too much for the Gith's taste.
