Neoclassical Villa Design in Hai Phong - Kien Truc Nam Cuong

3D Render by kientrucnamcuongvn

This stunning villa design seamlessly blends traditional elegance with modern sophistication, creating a luxurious abode in Hai Phong, Vietnam. I'd love to hear your feedback to further improve it!
(Mẫu thiết kế biệt thự hải phòng bởi Kiến Trúc Nam Cường)

Software:

3D Modeling: Sketchup & 3DsMax
Post-Processing: Camera Raw

I'm particularly interested in your thoughts on:

The overall balance between the neoclassical elements and modern features.
The use of light and shadow in the rendering.
Any other aspects you think could be improved.

Looks perfect to me. The only thing that doesn't look so realistic is the last piece of the railing of the stairs.
I guess these pieces would be created to match the measurements of the room available.
It could end on another pillar - or it could end in a metallic bar to screw it to the wall..
A pillar is more likely, the other solution would demolish the stucco frames.
