I don't know the Modo interface, so I don't know what I'm looking at. My best guess is this is sculpted hair shown in sub-D. And the sculpt was not re-topologized.

Well - the mesh looks a bit weird for draped fabric ... but that's nothing compared to a DAZ original (shorts) I own that comes with topography from hell. Really - this thing would have flunked Rendo or 'rotica ... but is still offered in the DAZ shop. A clear case of nepotism
