Wed, Jul 10, 2024Dwindt, I had never heard of Filament PBR, and I went to look it up. WOW! I didn't know about this update! I'll download it as soon as I get home and test it out! Does it work like Cycles in Blender?

Wed, Jul 10, 2024I haven't used it apart from fiddling. Some artists get some good use out of it but not commonly. Daz Studio has the renderer. In Daz, under your render view: ie wire frame, smooth shaded, texture shaded ect; it is the option above Nvidia shader option found at the top right-hand corner of the scene window. You have to tweak the object surfaces differently to what you would with Nvidia. It is quick, that's all I can really tell you about it, which isn't much really...lol.
I wish I knew how he got the red to look so. . .BLOODY and the blue to look so. . . . VIBRANT and yet dim at the same time!
