Little did we know that this tiny creature was destined for greatness beyond the bountries of a normal life of a tiger in the wild.

A story, a thought that is right up my street.
You know that I have a preference for depictions of friendly relationships between humans and animals.
I started with depictions from the "Junglebook story" and was able to tell other stories in pictures on this basis.
People often underestimate how a person can build up an honest and profound relationship with a (supposedly wild) animal.
Not to forget that an animal can also cultivate a relationship with a human being as its equal.
Relationships that go far beyond what we as normal humans can even imagine. It is not uncommon for this relationship to go as far as sacrificing one's own life for one's unusual partner.

Throughout history there are many such stories of what it possible, even a cow can form a bond with a human. with the most famous being elephants. I believe it is the intelligence of the two species involved. Sometimes done through unusual circumstances bot other times with taking the time building a relationship.
