Where Am I?

I feel so - confused. Discombobulated. Slightly dizzy and the lights in the dimly lit room were giving me a little bit of vertigo. Where Am I? Maybe if I try to remember something I can piece together how i came here. I will try to recollect.

I remember a concert hall. Yes, a concert hall and music lovers enjoying a Halloween party. There were instruments for a band blaring out cover tunes. I remember dancing. Dancing in my festive orange and black dress I bought earlier in the day just for the party. Then there was a commotion. Something loud. Was that gunfire? Then there were screams. Costumed and non-costumed people running about in panic. More screams. People were jostling and pushing their way to exits. A loud noise erupted next to me. It was very loud. The sound startled me so much that I remember screaming. There were bright lights and then all of a sudden - there was nothing.

Now I sit in a strange dimly lit room. Soft murmurs of voices seem to be coming from somewhere in the distance. Piecing together the latest memories didn't seem to help, I am still so confused and discombobulated. Perhaps I will just sit and wait here in the dark until I see somebody who might be able to help me. I wonder why it is so dark in here...
