"Strange as it may seem, we tend to remember only the beginning and the end. Unfortunately, our brain tricks us into forgetting the notes of the passage.

I still remember how hard it was to begin. I hate endings. I go back to the starting point again and again, to remember each passage, bringing each one closer to its inevitable end. Why do they die so soon?".
