That was my first idea for the title of this picture. Matching the song by the well-known singer and composer Udo Jürgens (1934-2014).

Here is the translated lyrics of the song:

The neighbor mows the lawn
The children are off on their bikes
You could say now
I have to go back into town
You look at the clock, almost four
The temptation is strong
Your wife makes the tea
And Gaby is waiting in the park

You look out the window
The weather has rarely been so beautiful
you could walk with her through the meadows
Walk along the river
Why not again
One last enchanted day?
You reach for the key to the car
However, you remain strong
And Gaby is waiting in the park

Gaby is waiting in the park
But she remains alone today
And she will never see you again
Gaby is waiting in the park
But you made up your mind
You won't go to her

You take a newspaper
But you don't read a word that's there
You think if I drive now
Then I won't even be late
You're looking for cigarettes
The matches will break off you
You want to forget her
but secret longing is strong
And Gaby is waiting in the park

Gaby is waiting in the park
But she remains alone today
And she will never see you again
Gaby is waiting in the park
But you made up your mind
You won't go to her

All you have to do is think about her
That torments you, but then (Gaby waits in the park)
you stroke your wife's hair
She looks at you questioningly (Gaby is waiting in the park)
You think to yourself, now is the time
That I tell her everything (Gaby is waiting in the park)
You're at a loss for words, you just squeeze her hand really hard
And Gaby is waiting in the park

Gaby is waiting in the park
but she remains alone today
And she will never see you again
Gaby is waiting in the park
But you made up your mind
You won't go to her
