Ceci n'est pas une chaise
3D Render by Pushee-RiIn 1929, Rene Magritte published his painting "Ceci n'est pas une pipe", which shows a pipe and the quoted text in the style of a pre-school book. In addition to the surrealist questioning of reality, I also see a little bit of subversiveness in the picture.
My picture has nothing to do with subversiveness or the questioning of viewing habits - it simply shows a chair ...
... but it is MY (!) chair! I'm miles away the quality of some of the real 3D artists here, but my chair is at least a few inches better than my older seating furniture.
Why am I telling you all this?
Well - on my penultimate project, I realized how much I love building seating-based poses ... and since no one wanted to collaborate, I had to build something myself.
So look forward (or maybe not) to a few ZENsual and HOFs projects for G9

Mon dieu - you're damn right! And I had tried so hard to produce something that looked like a chair ...
Well - now I just have to try and make the best of it (I can't really put a model on the stove). Hmm ... maybe a Croque Monsieur
