Summary:

She'd lost everything. She'd come back a shadow. She had nothing left to lose. Sometimes saving yourself is as simple as sitting down. He just might have the answers she's been searching for since the moment she died.

She turned and started back toward the door off the roof. He called after her, "If you're ever curious why...there's a bench at the corner of 6th and Washington. Every answer you need is right there."

Jill kept walking with her brow furrowed. He was an odd duck. There was no getting around that. Why did he care what happened to some woman he'd never met? Why was he up on that roof in the dark like that?

What made him think she cared about the reasons behind what he did?

Created using DAZ Studio 4.22.1 using character, poses, props and environment. Setting up the scene was a new learning experience since this was the second outdoor scene at night. Took 21600 seconds to render which I limited to. It's less noisy and I tried Scene Optimizer which is a helpful tool to cut a little off the RAM allocation.
