3D Render by suffoWell, I'd logged in to try to put a freebie up for all as a Christmas gift but I guess I have to setup an entire store to do that... it's past 3am, so I suppose I'll do that tomorrow when I'm more awake. Looks like I need to go make a google analytics account and crop a banner of some sort.. wasn't really expecting all that heh.
It's nothing real big, just a single morph I made in Blender to solve a problem I was having with one of Daz's standard clones. If anyone has tried to convert a Genesis 3 to Genesis 9 and ended up with warped hands or arms, well, I solved that problem and made a morph to give out so ya'll can update your G3's. The process isn't automated though, and I'm awful at writing instructions but there's a pdf file with screenshots to help people through. Still it's a lot better than manually fixing the geometry in Blender after using Daz's clone. After doing that twice I was ready to pull my hair out.
If you've got any experience at all with conversions between the Genesis models it'll be very simple though as it's basically the same process except using the morph I made instead of Daz's terrible clone.
It's meant to be a stand-in replacement for the /Hidden/Clones/Genesis 3 Female (for G9), and there's a manifest in the zipfile so people can just install it/uninstall it using DIM easily. Although since it's just a single morph and a pdf file I did not bother to write any metadata for it, so it won't show up in Smart Content. Morphs don't really show up there usually anyway, it'll be in Parameters, right alongside the Daz clones. It does not overwrite or remove Daz's clone.
The installer's been tested on several PCs, has worked without issue. I've yet to convert something with it that has warped, so hoping this will help a few people out.
Anyway, check back tomorrow night hopefully it'll be live by then unless there's some lengthy approval process at Renderhub. Ideally if I could I would just drop a link to it on my google drive but I'm not sure if that's allowed here or not..
Anyway, sleepy. Thanks for viewing.
Merry Christmas
