The Shadow and the Inner Child
3D Render by vcproductions3dxLife's been rough for me lately, so I decided to start journaling and doing a bit of shadow work.
One of the exercises was to describe my Shadow Self in a physical form, as well as the Inner Child within.
After I wrote the description, I decided to create it in DAZ.
The Shadow Self is myself at 14/15- my hirsutism was bad, I wore frumpy, rundown clothes, and my voice was gone due to oversinging. I questioned my gender- it was more of "I don't fit the definition of a girl[because of my facial and body hair], but I don't have a penis, so what am I?" I tried so much to tell 'friends' and 'lovers' about it but they didn't understand me.
Within my Shadow Self is the Inner Child, the princess. She's alone and scared, waiting for a rescuer.

About your picture itself: it is very interesting and atmospheric and already attracted me as a thumbnail (without having read your description).
Art therapy - whether with a brush, pencil or DAZ - is a great way to fight your inner demons and perhaps even overcome them.
I wish you good luck, a wagon load of good vibes ... and a really big whack at those dumb demons

I've always seen myself as more of a writer than an artist before I started working in DAZ.
However, I've noticed I have difficulty communicating my thoughts in words, so that's where DAZ comes in.
