Fri, Jan 31Tai Chi is great, super chill. It is good for everyone. Even when I have been at my weakest I can still do it and it gives essential strength to your core. Improving balance, flexibility and can decrease pain.
While my girlfriend does CrossFit, I still have Tai Chi. Plus you can totally teach yourself, there are so many free courses etc online.

At the moment, though, I'm annoyed about a character morph (see my Check Check Check image). Everything works fine - but when testing on another PC I get a bunch of error messages. Arrrrrrrrgggghhhh!!!!

I like the wide angled lens used here, and the leaves flying around give the scene dynamic motion.
