Thank you very much

I might try some Tai Chi at some point - nothing to do with Qi Gong either ... but it also comes from Chinaland

Tai Chi is great, super chill. It is good for everyone. Even when I have been at my weakest I can still do it and it gives essential strength to your core. Improving balance, flexibility and can decrease pain.

While my girlfriend does CrossFit, I still have Tai Chi. Plus you can totally teach yourself, there are so many free courses etc online.

@Ashen:

OK - then Tai Chi goes on my damn long to-do list

At the moment, though, I'm annoyed about a character morph (see my Check Check Check image). Everything works fine - but when testing on another PC I get a bunch of error messages. Arrrrrrrrgggghhhh!!!!

Message me and I’m sure we can get to the bottom of it!

Thank you very much for your offer. I'll write you a message straight away (but - hopefully - I have the really big problem under control).

Hope so!

Thank you

I don't know exactly how I did it with the camera angle (too many experiments .
... but I stole the leaves from Zhang Yimou
