Forest View.
3D Render by westcala1cCastle in the Mist.
First I was like: Never ever that big .... cause I saw many pheasants when walking through the forest.
Well, looked it up, a grown male can be up to 89 cm in length and that is huge for a bird!

Fri, Feb 07Hi Westcala1c
for me it's too long ago, that I saw them in the wild and most of the times it must have been the females.
And quite big, with almost 90 cm it's a huge bird
And they can be "mean", that's what I thought with 14/15. Walking with my dog and pheasants have the habit to hide in front of you, waiting to the very last minute and then fly straight up.
Scared the sh*t out of me so many times *lol*
My dog (a Dachshund) figured that very fast, so he walked in front of me, always some meter to the left or right and then he came to me, of course making the pheasant flying up, almost into my face.
Oh so wonderful memories, thanks to your render
