3D Render by Sylvain-AWindmills and magic mirrors are at their peak during the day. They produce so much electricity that streetlights have to be turned on during the day. At night, there's no wind, and no sun so there's no electricity, and the streetlights are turned off. It doesn't matter; the 12-hour quota of street lighting per day has been reached.
