Tried some 3 model rendering on my 3060 12 GB ,almost used 8 GB in the render 2000x1176 and portrait 2000x3236 that is my mostly use setting for my renders
only took 3 mins per one render.

Nice results and models.
I normally render in 4k now and my renders genrally take around 6 minutes set max time between 300-420 seconds with max samples 1000-1500 and a few other tweaks then alter time and samples depending on the ammount of scene geometry / clutter also using the same card as you 12GB 3060

oh forgot to mention i turn off Render quality enable and turn ON both post noise Availablele and Enable
