My latest artwork: Vasilisa

One twilight evening, as the first stars began to pierce the twilight sky, Vasilisa sat by the pool's edge, her fingers trailing in the cool water. A sudden flash of brilliance caught her eye. Hovering above the water, a butterfly, unlike any she had ever seen, pulsed with an otherworldly luminescence. Its wings were not the delicate, painted canvas of ordinary butterflies, but intricate mosaics of pure light, each scale a tiny, pulsating star.
