NYX the Vampire Slayer
3D Render by HisqiefurqoniNyx the Vampire Huntress, finally Completed!
This character was originally created on May 6th, 2025, and exactly two months later, I’m proud to finally showcase her.
The idea for Nyx came to me right after watching the trailer for Tides of Annihilation. Something about the characters in that game deeply inspired me to create my own version of a mysterious female character, one with a complex, gothic-patterned outfit and a haunting presence.
The design is inspired by the main character from Tides of Annihilation, mixed with elements of Sephiroth and Cloud, combined with the uniform aesthetics of the characters from Expedition 33. I also imagined what the song La Maritza by Sylvie Vartan would look like if it were transformed into a character, and that became part of Nyx’s emotional tone.
With Nyx, I wanted to capture a feeling that’s mysterious, cold, warm, and terrifying all at once. And honestly, I truly enjoyed every second of creating her.
Oh, and I also modified the Fashion Runway asset from Renderhub to make it more relevant to the character I created, which follows a dark medieval fantasy theme. However, I didn’t make any changes to the crowd assets provided by the Renderhub team.
