Beautiful image!!! I reaally need to take the time and start working with Ultra Scenery. I have both versions and a ton of assets to build the environments. It' can't possibly be harder to learn than Vue was.

Concerning UltraScenery (and UltraSceneryXT for larger landscapes), they are really nice products to create realistic landscapes. They are not very hard to learn (and far less complex than Vue) as long as you stay inside the tools' interfaces. It's a bit more tricky when you try to create new environments. Anyway, if you already have the product, it's worth learning to use it!

Additional information. Vue integrates lighting management, particularly skies and atmosphere. UltraScenery only manages landscape models, and you have to manage the lighting yourself (I mainly use HDRI files). From this point of view, while UltraScenery can produce landscape models that are competitive with Vue, the final lighting management with Daz is not yet as good, in my opinion.

Vue lighting is tough to beat, I agree with you there. But the image you've posted here has a beautiful, soft light. I think in time it will improve, but in the meantime, there are tricks in Photoshop one can use to enchance the lighting. And I'm not referring to AI, lol.
