First of all, spectacular image, that said... I suggest drinking two liters of water a day, walking a lot, eating lots of vegetables, and I suggest drinking a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in the morning with a cup of hot water. I think this helps his intestinal problem. I hope my comment was funny. I repeat, your image is amazing.
