It was trembling, it was disturbing.
It was dressed in a pure white sheet.
It presented all the symptoms.
All the trappings of a vision.
The false appearances of an apparition.
In a word, it was a ghost.
From the way it walked.
From the way it swayed.
The slightly convex hips.
I understood that I was dealing with.
Someone of the type I prefer.
A ghost of the fair sex.
