Look, everyone thinks their own poetry is good... no matter how bad it is!
The only way to know one way or the other, is to have someone else read it.
Someone who will be completely, totally, and brutally honest, no matter what!

But since Baxter can't read (bein' a dog and all...), I have to let Miranda read 'em.
Maybe the fact he'd rather chase seagulls than read my poetry should tell me something.

Anyhooo, Miranda insists that she likes them, so I let her read another one.
At least this one is a little lighter than the last one, and didn't make her cry.

Now, if she'd just stop tickling my ear with her toes, I might be able to write some more!
