Why so bland?

I'm building skills I believe I'll need to ultimately make a comic. Part of that is knowing where and how to light a scene. So I'll be replicating scenes I see. From the minimal and eventually...complex.

I've also submitted the reference model.

I think the pose is very close, sadly Daz Studio doesn't do muscle flex all that well, nor is it easy to get accurate weight balancing.

The bends were what had me stumped the majority of the time. I even considered just creating a morph specifically for this pose. Hopefully, if there's a Gen10, It will have the capabilities a lot of artist suspected Gen9 would have.
