My first thought when I saw this picture was: "You've seen this scene before."

It's been a few years, but could it be that a similar scene appeared in the movie "Lord of the Rings"?
Only here, the hero (albeit later rescued) was wrapped in a cocoon.

You've integrated the spider into the web really well.
Are the spider and the web different pieces of content?

I'm not afraid of spiders, but at that size, maybe I should reconsider. smile

I hope the huntress can complete her mission and I wish her good luck.

Yes, you have seen this before. But I never posted it here. It's one of my personal fav's. I remember placing all of these webs, it was very tedious work but as I continued it started to take shape the way I envisioned it.

Thank you my friend, I agree, spiders are mostly our friends, removing pests that could really cause us problems.

The Spider is the old Giant Spider from DS.. The webs are from several vendors, I overlapped and scaled them to make them fit the scene. The lighting was the key to this scene, making sure the Webs, human and Spider was balanced with the rear bright lighting
