The first try to humanize a chimp morph. Had my mind on Planet Of The Apes (oh wonder) and Guardians Of The Galaxy. Mostly working with transparent backgrounds when doing character and animal renders. Trading correct lighting for flexibility and faster renders.

Mixed it up with an Earth render I had made before. The Earth scene had the Earth as a flat plane - didn't realize until I scrolled a felt eternity near to it as it suddenly apeared strangely planar. The close up scene of what I had in mind became impossible as I stared baffled at what I thought ought to be an Earth ball.
Anyway, sped up the render. A dark environment, one ludicrously bright light, a bloom filter and high film ISO did the rest.
Tried the same with a Mars model - this time the thing had a volume, high resolution textures and brought the GPU to the knees. But that's another story.
