The Gamblers Variation to an Ancient Theme
3D Render by maru_berlinFanart loosely inspired by Georges (Lukas) de La Tour, Les Joueurs de dés, 1650-51, but just as much by Marcopol's render https://www.renderhub.com/gallery/75366/dice-fight-for-armor.
Character outfits from Daz (BW Rogue Marshal Outfit), Rederhub (C-3PO, Crew Member) and FoRender (Darth Varder).

Well done, my friend. It's very inspiring to see someone suggesting avenues of exploration while transposing them into one's own personal universe.

Tue, Sep 16, 2025Thanks, normally I don't do that many scifi stuff (I prefer the good ol' dungeon and dragon stuff), but image and name of the painter implanted the idea so firmly into my brain that I had to do this. Thanks for your inspiring renders and guidance through the world of paintings, which let me learn new things, too.
