A horrific scene set in an abandoned hospital corridor, where silence is broken only by the shuffle of the undead. Blood trails stain the cracked tiles, warning of patients who never made it out. Broken lights flicker overhead, casting long shadows over overturned wheelchairs.
At the far end, a zombified nurse drags herself forward, hungry and relentless.
