I used a very basic model from the Mblab add-on, which I then sculpted further. The face model was created in the experimental Sculpt Blender 4.1 branch, which is characterized by, among other things, a fast and smooth dyntopo mode. The rest, such as texturing, details, Geo Nodes, scene, and post-processing, was created in Blender 4.5.3.
The materials were created mainly using procedural techniques, with one manual mask for skin pores.
